Sketchbook V&A E.1-1955 labelled on front cover 91 D 37, held in the Victoria and Albert Museum. A list within this sketchbook records the work done between 1856 and 1861. Amongst the work recorded for 1860 is the following entry "Small oil figure of Art Burges". The model, possibly Georgiana appears to be the same as was used for the Angels in the tracery of the east window at Lyndhurst. But there is a similarity to the features of Fanny Cornforth in Rossetti's Bocca Baciata, of exactly the same date. Boyce Diaries 1 August 1860 "Called on Jones. he was at work on a figure of Art for Burges' bookcase."
