Part of a design for the lost Cameron Memorial Window at the Queen's Chapel of the Savoy, London. The window, which commemorated the Jacobite Dr Archibald Cameron (1707-53) who is buried in the vault below the altar in the chapel, replaced a memorial tablet destroyed in the fire of 1864; but the window was itself destroyed in World War II. St Philip was the upper centre figure. Others were St John, St James, St Andrew, St Peter and St Paul. The window is now filled with new stained glass to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. This drawing seems to be all that is left to show for the earlier window. Many thanks to the Chapel for this information.
