The second illustration for the fifth part of Troilus and Criseyde and unused design for Troy Burning. The God of Love admonishing Troilus for deriding love and pointing out the consequences as Troy burns. The buildings are recollections of those Burne-Jones saw and drew in Sienna and Orvieto on his 1871 and 1873 visits.
