A very uncommon edition, which actually appears to be scarcer than the first edition, and is certainly in a more attractive binding. JISC lists six copies, mainly in the copyright libraries, WorldCat has another dozen or so. This copy does not have the 56 page publisher's catalogue at the rear, present in some copies.
